My wife, Susan and I were high school sweethearts and got married after completing college. We have two grown sons and 5 grandchildren. Susan and I are both retired. I had been an Engineer at the Boeing Co, working in Quality Assurance. Susan had been a Psychologist working for the Chester County IU.

Susan and I were baptized in 1982 becoming members of the Upper Mainline Church of Christ. Our two sons, Justin & Joel, were also baptized at the Upper Mainline Church of Christ in their teenage years. Thanks to excellent leadership, preaching, and teaching we received thorough training in the Bible that strengthen us as workers for the Word of God.

Later, moving to the Coventry Hills Church of Christ I served as a deacon for 5 years until moving to the newly formed Chesmont Church of Christ in 1993. In the beginning years of Chesmont, I was one of two regular preachers and adult Bible Class teachers. When Chesmont organized their first elder group in 1999, I became one of the first elders. I served as an elder until 2014, when I retired due to a number of health issues. These issues have been handled by doctors and medication and I now feel back to being my normal strong self.

Over the years, in addition to serving as elder and deacon, I have preached as needed, and taught adult Bible classes. Susan taught children’s Bible classes at all of the congregations we have been honored to be members. She has taught Bible classes and counseled at the Singles Retreat at Camp Manatawny. At Chesmont she assisted feeding the children of Project Purpose for 7 years.

We both served for many years on the Board of Trustees of Coventry Christian Schools.

In 2019 & 2020, we traveled to Haiti to serve on the medical mission team with “Hope For Haiti’s Children”.

Since our baptisms in 1982, our belief and faith have continually grown through personal daily Bible study and prayer! We fully believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and our Savior. We also fully believe that the Bible is the inspired word of God that was provided for our daily growth in faith and service to Him. We totally believe that Jesus Christ set the example on how we are to serve our fellow Christians and teach and support those souls that are lost.

I was raised in the Church of Christ. I was baptized in my early teens while attending the Chesmont Church of Christ. After graduating from high school I attended The Pennsylvania State University and was a member at the Lewistown Church of Christ. After college, and returning to Chesmont, Nathan married Adrienne Miller in 2007 and now has two daughters, Lexi and Tessa.

At Lewistown Church of Christ I lead worship and help facilitate Vacation Bible School. At Chesmont Church of Christ I have led all parts of worship, adult Bible class, children's Bible classes, and Hands to Serve Ministry. I believe the Bible is God's inspired word and that baptism is essential for salvation. My spiritual gifts are giver, servant and administrator.

I was born and raised in the hills of Boyertown. My home wasn’t a Christian home growing up (we would go to a church on Christmas and Easter – that was pretty much it). It wasn’t until I was a teenager that I got introduced to the Gospel and had a major life change. I was Baptized into Christ in August of 1997 in my dad’s pond. I worshiped at the Boyertown church for the next four years and received a lot of grounding during this time in the scriptures. The study at the Boyertown church was always verse by verse expository. This greatly affected my style of study and teaching to this day.

I have previously worshipped at Coventry Hills church of Christ, Venice church of Christ, and Pearl Street church of Christ. At Pearl Street I was involved in a Children’s ministry called Character Club. It was a program designed to teach children Godly attributes, and ultimately the Gospel, through fun and engaging activities.

My wife, Meredith, and I started worshipping at Chesmont in 2014. We were invited to be a part of the Senior High week 1 team at Camp Manatwany in early 2015 and have been involved with that since then as Bible teachers, camp nurse and now co-directors of the week. I am currently the Facility Supervisor at Camp and also own and run MTR Remodeling.

We have two Boys – John Eli and Noah. They bring us tremendous joy! We are humbled by the responsibility of raising them up in the Faith and consider ourselves very blessed.

I am honored to have the opportunity to serve Chesmont as a Deacon.

I am a graduate of Harding University in Searcy, AR, where I studied Accounting and Finance. I am currently a Manager and a CPA at Maillie, LLP, a public accounting firm located in Limerick, PA.

I don’t remember a time when I did not believe in God. I was baptized when I was 13, in November 2001, and I have continued to strive to be faithful and grow in my walk with Christ since that day. I grew up in the church with a strong and supportive family and a very large and close-knit extended family. My parents and grandparents were great role models for me, and they taught me valuable lessons such as the importance of service to others, hard work, commitment and character.

I have been an active member of Chesmont since I was a kid. I serve regularly during worship on Sunday mornings, I’ve taught High School bible classes and Wednesday night adult bible classes. I have served as the Treasurer for Chesmont since April 2014, which has been my primary focus in serving the church, and I was appointed as a Deacon in 2020. Serving in the role of church treasurer is a special honor and privilege that I take seriously and with great pride. I also serve as the website administrator. I am on the board of Youth Advance, a local non-profit organization, and volunteer at Camp Manatawny during the summer.

I am happily married to my wife Nicki and we have 2 beautiful daughters and one son.

I was born in the USA and grew up in a loving family. I attended church with my parents and after participating in bible studies I believed the one true Gospel of Jesus Christ, the son of God. My job brought me to the northeast where I met my wife and we became parents of our three children. I strive to love God and my neighbor and be led by the fruit of the Spirit every day. We have been at Chesmont since 2020. I’m also on the Board at a local Christian Camp where I have volunteered as a counselor, bible teacher and in their kitchen.

I was blessed to grow up in a large family of believers who ensured that we knew and felt the love of God everyday. I attended Chesmont Church of Christ throughout my childhood, and my family has been attending since we moved back to PA in 2012. I graduated from Lipscomb University, where I met my husband Joe, and went on to receive my masters degree from Arcadia University in 2010.

I worked for 12 years as a Physician Assistant, and am currently teaching at Coventry Christian Schools. I have been the Children's Ministry Director at Chesmont since 2021. I have always loved working with children and feel very fortunate to get to share the love of Jesus with them everyday! It is amazing to see their faces light up when they talk about God, and I think that we can learn so much from our kids. My husband Joe and I have 5 children - Bayley, Ellie, Jack, Maverick and Leo.
